Delicious and super clean! Their paletas are creamy and delicious. Their corn is also very good and fresh (you don’t get this all the time). Highly recommend. The owners were super sweet and caring. You can tell they put their best into every dessert they make. We will be back!

I’ve been here a few times and I have to be honest, the desserts are good. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. My boyfriend recently went to pick up some desserts I ordered and the staff treated him very rudely. I’ve also heard from several people I know that they’ve had similar experiences. It’s a shame because the desserts are enjoyable, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

🌟 5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had such a great experience at La Michoacana in North Aurora! I was really hoping for a waffle cone dipped in chocolate, but they didn’t have any pre-made. To my surprise, the young lady behind the counter went above and beyond—she actually dipped a cone in chocolate for me right on the spot. That small act of kindness made my day! You don’t always find that kind of thoughtful, customer-first service, and it really stood out. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the friendly and accommodating service made this visit extra special. Thank you!
